This dynamic and all encompassing 60 minute class creates structure and accountability around the things we always say we want to do but don't---journaling, hearing and connecting with our true selves, grounding, meditating, and regulating our nervous systems.
Dr. Anna, a PhD psychologist and yoga teacher with 18 years of experience, serves as your expert guide leading you through a combination of mindfulness, meditation, guided visualization, breathwork, gentle yoga, self compassion practice and vagal nerve resetting.
This class weaves in elements of Internal Family Systems (parts work) to help you connect to your highest Self so you can live and lead from this place more fully. It also incorporates Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory and is trauma sensitive. Each week you will learn tools to use long after class is done.
In addition, each class Dr. Anna will speak to a different theme making this not only a time to hear yourself deeply, but also to be inspired, motivated, empowered and uplifted in a community of like minded humans. In person space is limited, virtual seats available. ALL bodies and ability/comfort/experience levels are welcome. If you want to feel more at home in yourself, this class is for you.
